4. Content and Your Rights
Our Services allow you to design custom research report content ("User Content"). You retain all rights to your User Content, and Research Tailor does not claim ownership of any User Content you provide.
By uploading User Content, you grant Research Tailor a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, copy, modify, and display your User Content solely for the purpose of providing the Services to you.
You are solely responsible for your User Content and the consequences of sharing it through our Services. You represent and warrant that you have all necessary rights to your User Content and that it does not violate any third-party rights or applicable laws.
5. Intellectual Property Rights
The Services, including all content, features, and functionality, are owned by Research Tailor or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
These Terms do not grant you any right, title, or interest in the Services or our content, other than the limited right to use the Services as set forth in these Terms.
6. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your access to the Services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms.
Upon termination, your right to use the Services will immediately cease. All provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, limitations of liability, and dispute resolution provisions.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
